*For local dentists, please note that only registrations under the Dentist and One Day Lecture category are eligible for CME/CPD hours/points. If you require CME/CPD hours/points for this event, kindly ensure you select the Dentist and One Day Lecture category during registration.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Full payment must be received to confirm your registration. Contact the Congress Secretariat at Tel: +852 6663 9375 or Email: hkideas@conferenceprohk.com if you do not receive a confirmation notice.
- Registrations without payment will not be accepted. Online registrations and payments after 14 August 2026 (23:59, Hong Kong time) will not be processed.
- All bank charges are the participant's responsibility.
- By participating, you grant the organizer the right to use your personal data for registration processing.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- If the Organizer is unable to hold the Congress, they may cancel or postpone the event without liability.
- No cancellations are accepted after confirmation; however, you may transfer your registration to a replacement delegate at no extra charge until 14 August 2026.
- No refunds will be issued for no shows at the Congress.
- The Organizer reserves the right of final decision in disputes.
