Please note that registrations without payment will not be accepted. For administrative reasons, online registrations and payments received after 15 August 2025 (noon, Hong Kong time) will not be processed.
All bank charges should be borne by participants. Complete registration fee must be received by the Congress Secretariat.
By participating in HKIDEAS 2025, you grant the organizer the right to use your personal data for the purposes of processing the registration and handling relevant matters relating to the HKIDEAS 2025. The personal data may be provided to authorized parties involving personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, sponsors and the service providers.

. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, the Organizer is prevented from holding the Congress or the venue becomes unavailable, the Organizer may cancel or postpone the event. In such cases, the Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavorable conditions arising therefrom, and participants waive all claims for loss, expense, or damage against the Organizer.
No cancellations are accepted once your registration is confirmed; however, you may transfer your registration to a replacement delegate at NO extra charge, no later than 15 August 2025. No transfers will be accepted after this date. The full name and details of the person who will replace you must be provided in writing to
hkideas@conferenceprohk.com
prior to the Congress.
No refunds will be made for no show at the Congress.
