Registration Confirmation

A letter of confirmation will be sent after receiving the completed registration with full payment.

Name Change

Name changes will not be accepted after 21 November 2022.

Cancellation

No refund will be made for cancellation of registration.

Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for personal accidents or damages to the private property of registered participants. Participants may wish to make their own arrangements with respect to medical, accident and other necessary insurance.
