How to Register
- The group registration is valid for offline registration and local delegates only.
- Delegatees must send the group registratio forms via email to info@apdc2023.hk. Payment of all group members must be submitted together.
The registration will be valid once payment is received in full by the Organizer.

Name Change
Name change are not possible after 26 May 2023.
Cancellation
No refund will be made for cancellation of registration. In case the Organizer cancel the event, all paid registration fees will be refunded net of bank charges and administrative charges.
Others
- All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance on spot.
- Delegates are reminded to scan-in for attendance at the entrance of the theatre halls for all 3 days using your name badges.
- Int eh evetn of any disputes, the Organizer reserves the right for final decision
