Dr. Yi Liu is an orthodontist with 20 years of experience. He graduated from Beijing Medical University with a Bachelor of Dentistry in 1996, and holds a Ph. D in orthodontics from the Peking University School of Stomatology in 2002, which is the beginning of his TMJ/TMD research from orthodontic perspective. His mentor is Prof. Minkui Fu. He was visiting scholar at the University of Southern California in 2008.
