Dr. Brian Chan (Hong Kong)
Dr. Chan graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1994. In 2005, he obtained the Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioner of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. In 2007, he received his MSc in Dental Public Health from the University of London.
