Booth Types
1. Standard Shell Scheme
(for reference only)
Includes:
- Wallpanels
- Nameonfasciaboard
- One Information counter and two folding chairs

- 500W socket (Use of double or multiple adaptors is not allowed)

2. Raw Space

Sponsorship Entitlements
Exhibitors can receive the benefits and entitlements in addition to those outlined in the individual sponsorship offerings:
Before the Congress
- Exhibitors’ name and its booth number will be displayed on the Congress website.
- Exhibitors will be invited to provide 2-3 images in relation to their advertised products / services which will be published on the Congress website and hyperlinked to the exhibitors’s website.
- Exhibitors will be provided a complimentary advertising space in 44th APDC 2023 / 12th HKIDEAS Facebook or / and HKDA Newsletter.
- Exhibitors will be given a set of stylish Exhibition Invitation Cards for the invitation to their valuable clients.
- Exhibitors will be given priority with regard to the nomination of Congress speaker(s) who will be invited to deliver a scientific lecture (excluding commercial elements) in the Congress, subject to the final approval by the Scientific Committee.
During the Congress
- Exhibitors will be recognized as Sponsor in Exhibition Catalogue and Programme Book.
- A set of cash coupons will be given to eligible HKDA members (i.e. registered for the participation category of “Dentist” with “Full Registration”) for making purchase in the exhibition hall.
- Exhibitors are entitled to attend the grand opening ceremony or / and selected social event(s).
After the Congress

<li>Quickly respond to Exhibitors’ needs such as reimbursement of cash coupons, preparation of necessary documents, etc…</li>
